Application Process1. Please download the form (above) which is in a fill-able pdf format. You can complete online, print and either fax to us or scan and email to info@acornpartners.com 2. We will review your signed application and request a few preliminary documents from you. 3. Following our review of your request, we will send you a terms sheet setting out the costs and conditions of providing your business funding.
4. If you agree to the terms and conditions, sign and return the Terms Sheet to us at which time we will request a few additional documents from you, prepare and execute the legal documents for your signature and advance the funds directly into your bank account.
Funding can take from 5 business days to 2 weeks from the time you apply depending on the nature of the funding request and timeliness of receipt of your documents.
Costs
Acorn does not charge any application fees, legal fees, monthly administration fees, closing fees, insurance fees, travel costs, service fees etc. for the majority of our funding products. Our Terms Sheet will reflect a single finance charge based on the discount method of financing.
For Purchase Order or Contract Financing, we levy a nominal charge of $2,500 to cover the additional expenses we incur for additional due diligence and financial analysis required to ensure your company can meet it's contractual obligations with your customers to fill their orders. This fee is required before we issue a Terms Sheet. For existing clients of Acorn, we may waive this charge.
